What we capture

During initial deployment and testing we capture and retain:

• Your email address
• Every question you ask
• Every answer returned, with citations, token counts and cost
• If you attach a manual: its file name and the text of its title page

Administrators can read all of it.

Attached manuals

A manual is session-scoped. The uploaded file is discarded as soon as its text has been extracted — there is no file store anywhere in this product. The extracted text is deleted when you sign out, or automatically after a period of inactivity. Uploaded HTML is never rendered or served back, and no external reference inside it is ever fetched.

Third parties

Your question and the retrieved regulation text are sent to Anthropic's API to generate an answer. There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no third-party requests of any kind from these pages.

Erasing your data

You can erase your account from the account page. It is permanent and it ends your access. Exactly two things are kept: your email address, so the closure can be enforced, and your lifetime usage totals, which are a billing record. Operational logs are retained for troubleshooting and are not deleted by erasure — this is disclosed before you confirm.
